Airtime is open source radio automation software (GPL v3) for GNU/Linux platforms, but once installed can be controlled from anywhere using a modern browser. We recommend installing on Ubuntu Linux 12.04 LTS or Debian Wheezy on a computer with at least a 1 GHz processor and 512 MB of RAM for a Server Edition OS or 1GB of RAM for a Desktop Edition OS.

1) Download the latest version of Airtime
2) Unzip the file in your home directory. It will create a directory called "airtime-x.x.x" (x.x.x will be the release number)

There's a guide to upgrading from an older version in the Airtime manual. Airtime 2.3.x only supports upgrading from version 2.0.0 and above.
